Sacred Ritual Dance with Vira Hope is a program that will assist you in deeply connecting to your inner guidance and wisdom, becoming your own direct channel for spirit. First we must remove the old cultural overlays from the concept of sacred divine. You are Sacred. You are Divine. You are in direct connection to the Divine, and all of us have the capacity to develop that connection within.
See yourself as the flower of life, each flower petal opens in its own time, separate from the other petals, it remains part of the whole flower. And the flowers beauty is dependent upon each and every petal. The same can be said of the development of a persons consciousness. Through sacred dance we develop our divine spirit with each petal represented by the four elements of earth, air, water, and fire. When we have worked through each of the elements of sacred dance, a moment comes when the entire pattern of what you have learned unfolds completely, as if the puzzle pieces have been all put together. This is the flower at its most beautiful stage — when all the petals are open. The unfoldment of spirit and matter occurs in the same way flower opens, consciousness and falls, or dance or learn to dance with harmonic synergy.
