Sacred Menarche with Tnah Louise is honored to share this offering through the Sacred Living Movement. This four week online program was created to answer the call and teach those who wish to mentor and empower the initiated maiden. This is done through the beautiful act of ceremony at the start of her moon-time journey. Sacred Menarche has been designed to explore, express and reveal the wisdom of the womb so that young women can better understand their feminine power and shadow self.
Through the Sacred Menarche Rite of Passage you will learn how to hold a safe space and weave a web of support for young maidens, daughters, nieces, and friends as they are initiated into womanhood. Included are some tools to access her innate intuition, help her understand how moon-time and bleed-time are synced and connected, how to track her cycles, and recipes that help with moon-time discomfort. Also included are step by step DIY ritual suggestions and heart-art projects with resources to choose from to help create a memorable beauty filled celebration to honor the maiden’s growth.
In this four week course you will receive an email with your weekly lesson with both an audio and downloadable PDF's for each week. If you are joining our group lead course we will circle virtually via a private Facebook group which run spring, summer, and fall. At the end of our month together you will be asked to submit both a short essay and testimonial. I want to hear how each of you will take this beautiful work into the world. Upon receiving your essay, you will receive a certificate of completion along with a Sacred Menarche Seal + SM marketing material/images to use for your business.
Just to be clear, this course can be purchased as a self lead course throughout the year, but for those who like to work with other women around the world and share in both story and community, then I suggest joining our group lead journey.

I have been with the Sacred Living Movement since its inception, and am very happy to be a beacon of light within this movement. Anni and I first worked together on a book project “Naturally Fun Parties For Kids”. The level of detail and hard work demanded for that project pushed me to be my best self, and this is what I expect when I do anything with SLM and Anni. I have witnessed her unfolding and evolution throughout the years and am grateful to have traveled to some amazing places with memories etched in my soul. I have also come to learn a great many tools from some amazing teachers that I now offer to my own community and support myself doing what I love, which is to serve women and men in celebrating the milestones and transitions.
